WORK EXPERIENCE.
I have experience in different areas both in
the commercial part and in the financial-administrative part. Here I can say
that I had the opportunity to work in companies that provide entertainment,
playing the role of head of negotiations and contracting. I also worked for
Banco del Austro, in which I did managerial work and custody of securities,
which I learned a lot. Currently I have a financial technology company with
which I am in charge of providing financial solutions for business growth.
MY INFORMATION.
I really like difficult things to be able to solve them and thus gain more
knowledge. I’m someone who loves music, creating and singing. I really like
business, especially when it comes to creating your own businesses and creating
jobs. I’m a person who likes to travel and learn about other cultures, learn
more and take advantage of it to enhance my work. I’m very fortunate to be the
father of a 7 year old boy. I really like helping people without asking for
anything in return. I’m a hard worker and responsible with the things that
generate positivism in my life. I really like adrenaline, especially speed and
driving in races with cars and motorcycles. Everything that deals with the
universe and its paradigm catches my attention.
I really like singing and playing guitar.
MY MOTIVATING PHRASE
I have in my memory a phrase that
they once taught me and that motivated me a lot. Someone who was very close to
me once told me that you have to first build yourself positively and then
attract positive people to your lives.
This means that when we prioritize the things that help us to grow as people both intellectually and personally, we become great and people who are at the same height will appear to contribute good things in our lives. You have to know what kind of people you surround yourself with, our success or failure depends on that.
THE BEST OF MY LIFE AND MY GREATEST INSPIRATION
On November 1st, the family gets together
to make preparations, for example: making guaguas,
a kind of bread that has a colorful body and face, and champús, which is a
sweet wash made with corn flour.
On November 2nd, the family brings flowers,
souvenirs and goes to the cemetery. When they arrive at the cemetery, they
build an altar on the grave of the relative and offerings are placed. Homemade
food is also taken, which are usually dried grains and fruits.
Afterwards, all the family members say prayers and
build la “Pamba Mesa” (It means community lunch). At the “Pamba Mesa”, food is
exchanged with all the people in the cemetery, who may be familiar relatives or
friends.
At the end the day, all the relatives go to the parents 'or grandparents' house to eat the '' Chapuckamlla '' which means mixed food. This food is the product of the “Pamba Mesa” made in the cemetery. At the end of the lunch, a prayer is made before going back to the houses.
STUDYING IN TIMES OF PANDEMIC
The times that we have passed since the previous year have not been
entirely good, but there are things that we must be especially grateful for for
being healthy and alive. Since February 2020 the country is experiencing a
pandemic that has a worldwide level. This pandemic has already taken many lives
to this day and we do not know until when we will get there with this. At the
same time, the people who were studying our studies had to suspend our
face-to-face classes since the virus problem is very strong and we could not
leave the house. This led the authorities to take extreme measures to safeguard
the safety of citizens, which assigned us virtual classes in order not to miss
classes and advance in any way and not waste time. It is going to be a year
that we are in a pandemic and in all this time that we have been receiving
online classes from our homes, it can be said that it is not the same as
receiving face-to-face classes since at the university we have more options of
opportunities and more time while that in online mode there are times that
there are situations that get out of hand. For example, poor internet coverage
which makes it difficult for us to receive classes well. Also the lack of time
to connect in front of a computer. It is also not the same enthusiasm as going
to class since at home or in the places where we receive classes there are many
distractions that cause us not to pay attention as we should. But, there are
also positive points since this has taught us that we must be more
understanding and know how to give more opportunities. We also take to the
existence of union between all people and appreciate more what we have had in
our hands when we did not value it, that includes family, friends, university
and teachers to see them daily. It is a modality to which we may have to adapt
for a long time and know how to take advantage of the resources we have in our
hands. At the same time it teaches us to be more responsible with our study
obligations.
Congratulations mate, along your path you have learned a lot and that is about being able to continue growing professionally. It is important that you never stop believing in yourself and stick with the good advice that motivates you, such as the phrase you share with us. Day by day we have to work on ourselves because in any place there is always something to learn. You never finish learning.
ResponderEliminarI agree with you Marco. I also believe that people are like a magnet and we attract good people if we are good people, but if we are bad people, we attract bad people into our life.
ResponderEliminarEach person must work on their personality and never forget that being a good person is not easy, but it's the most rewarding thing in the world.
I really liked your motivational phrase, congratulations.
It is very interesting, the phrase that you mention and you are right first is self-realization, but I would like to add something if a person is successful in life, we must never forget our roots and if it is possible to help more people succeed.
ResponderEliminarI agree with what you say, whenever we are surrounded by positive things and people everything we do will go well. We must always do things with love and effort
Eliminar
ResponderEliminarI love your phrase very much, every effort has its reward, because when we talk about effort we always think of something that costs us, something that is not easy, fast, or free. However, when we refer to effort, we also speak of reward, gratification, a job well done. Congratulations and good luck.
Hola
ResponderEliminarthe children are always that engine that drives us to be better I am sure that everything you propose will come true always fight for your dreams
ResponderEliminarexcellent profile Marco, very good phrase, since it motivates you to continue day by day, as everyone in this course plays the guitar, you have to put together a band haha and I hope you are an excellent father, greetings
ResponderEliminarWell then my broder, let's do that music band. That is a project of mine that I have to carry out, since I like to sing and play guitar. There you can do many things, I really mean it my friend. Ypu know...
EliminarInteresting your profile, if we had the opportunity to hear you sing, you still sing very well, I congratulate you.
ResponderEliminarHow nice I did not know you had a son, how cool to know. Greetings Marco. See you soon
This reminded me of the old history lessons where they taught us about the different indigenous cultures in Ecuador, some of which used to put clay figures on graves, and like many other cultures in the world, they also used to bury the dead with food and treasures to make them comfortable in the afterlife.
